Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept exchanges, if you are not happy with the product you bought you can ask for an exchange of another product. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can do so for up to 7 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
I do not accept returns but exceptions apply.
Contact me within 3 days of delivery. Send items back within 7 days of delivery. Cost of delivery will be on the buyer.
The following items can't be exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept exchanges for: Custom or personalised orders.
Conditions of return/exchange
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
